Third Party Debt Collection

A Third Party can never Lawfully collect on a debt or force prosecution as the result of a debt. Evidence of a debt is NOT a debt. Evidence of a lien is not a lien. Anyone who says that they represent a bank MUST have a contract with that bank authorizing them to act on the bank's behalf. Most Attorneys and/or Police Officers/Sheriffs have no contract and instead only have "Evidence" or a notice of a debt. Where no binding contract exists no debt exists.
